Refund policy
At RM Consultancy, we are committed to delivering high-quality business setup and corporate services in the UAE. As our services involve government processes, consultancy, and documentation, we follow a clear and transparent return and refund policy.
Service Fees
Service fees paid to RM Consultancy are generally non-refundable once work has commenced, as they cover consultancy, documentation, and administrative efforts.
In cases where government or third-party fees have been paid on behalf of the client, these are strictly non-refundable, as they are outside our control.
Client Cancellation
If a client cancels the service before any work has started, a partial refund may be considered, subject to administrative charges.
If cancellation occurs after processing has begun (e.g., trade name reservation, application submission, or bank coordination), no refund will be applicable.
Company Setup Delays or Rejections
RM Consultancy ensures that all applications are prepared and submitted accurately. However, final approvals are at the discretion of UAE government authorities and banks.
RM Consultancy cannot be held liable for delays, rejections, or changes in government regulations. In such cases, refunds are not applicable.
Service Revisions
If a service cannot be completed as initially planned due to regulatory changes, RM Consultancy will work with the client to provide an alternative solution at no additional consultancy charge.
